Gabriel is a Training Programmes Officer at Spring Impact, where he works to improve and expand the organisation’s learning experiences. Prior to joining Spring Impact, Gabriel worked as a human-centred designer at UK Youth, where he designed grant programs, professional development opportunities, and systems change interventions. He also has experience in strategic design, helping organisations streamline their working practices and procedures.

Gabriel holds a first-class degree in politics and international relations from the University of Nottingham, which he combines with his practical experience to bring a unique perspective to his work. With over a decade of experience in the youth sector, Gabriel is deeply committed to social justice and currently volunteers to support and empower young refugees.

Gabriel’s passion for a more equitable society is also evident in his work at Spring Impact, where he helps train mission-driven organisations to maximise their impact.
