Applications for the programme are now closed. If you’ve submitted an application, here is what you can expect:

  • A member of the Spring Impact team will be in touch with the outcome of your application in early January 2023.
  • If your organisation is shortlisted to take part in the programme, the Spring Impact team will invite you for an interview in mid to late January. We will also look to set up some conversations with key team members and stakeholders.
  • Where possible, we will endeavour to host the interviews and conversations with shortlisted organisations at their in country location. If there are any restrictions that would prevent you being able to take part in this process during January please do let us know via the email below.

What's the application process like?

1. Check your eligibility

Complete the eligibility quiz to see if you are a good fit for the programme and can apply.

 

2. Join our webinar

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive an invitation to a webinar on 21 November which is designed to help you find out if the programme is right for you and how it can help you scale up to reach more people sustainably.

 

3. Complete full application

Once you’ve submitted the eligibility quiz, you’ll be invited to complete a full application.

We have made the application as short and simple as possible to complete. We’ll ask a few questions about your organisation, intervention and your interest in the programme.

Please note: you are able to save your progress on the application form, so you can start completing it straight away.

4. Follow up call

Once your are shortlisted, you will be asked for a few extra bits of information to help us understand you better.

You will also be invited for a call to dig a bit deeper into what you need from the programme and check we are the right fit for one another.

The calls should include two key people from your organisation, including the CEO, or – in a large organisation – a member of your leadership team.

5. Additional info

For the Expert Consultancy route, before confirming our final selection, we’ll have two short conversations with two of your key stakeholders (e.g. a current or previous funder, a partner, a community representative). This will help us discuss your application, and make sure that you have the foundations needed to scale in place.
