Alex is a Managing Consultant for Spring Impact, leading and supporting on the delivery of national and international projects across a range of sectors.

Alex is a seasoned consulting and non-profit organisation management professional with over 20 years of experience across the public, financial services and non-profit sectors.

Prior to joining Spring Impact, Alex co-founded The Conversation Africa, a non-profit media organisation that focuses on bringing evidence-based journalism authored by academics and researchers to the general public and policy community. Before that, she worked on financial inclusion projects at two South African banks and delivered large-scale consulting projects in the public sector in South Africa.

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town, and is a Prince2 Certified project management professional.
