Alexandra is a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact. Previously, she served as Manager of Evaluation at Prosono, a social impact consulting firm, Director of Denver Metro Outreach for U.S. Senator Michael Bennet and as Executive Director for the Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy & Research Organization (CLLARO). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Urban Leaders Fellowship. Alexandra graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in Spanish Language & Literature and a minor in Leadership Studies.Alexandra was born in Florida and grew up in Colorado, but always felt the strong influence of her Cuban and Colombian family. So, she also believes strongly in building community on the dance floor.
