Ankita is a Senior Consultant for Spring Impact, leading and supporting the delivery of projects, across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare sectors.
She is passionate about the role of government and policy to ensure sustainable scaling and systemic change.
Currently, she is working with various foundations and leading nonprofits to scale Kangaroo-Mother Care in humanitarian settings and scaling Unjani nurse-owned clinics in rural South Africa.
Previously she has worked supporting project delivery of a refugee-centred programme to build psychological support and working with Sport England to help them draft their strategic objectives for their next scaling programme.
Before joining Spring Impact, Ankita completed her masters in Public Policy from the University of Oxford. She has a decade-long experience working in education as a teacher, programme manager and entrepreneur. In her work, she led large-scale strategic projects in the education space in India.
