Dana is a Consultant at Spring Impact supporting the delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
Dana joined Spring Impact after working for The Diana Award, a charity supporting and empowering young people around the world. After working as part of the Operations and Events team, she was part of project delivery as part of the Mentoring Programme team. As a Mentoring Programme Coordinator, she set up and maintained partnerships with organisations to recruit volunteer mentors. She was then responsible for training and supporting volunteers who went on to mentor young people at risk of not being in education, employment or training. She was the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Programme.
Prior to this, Dana completed a degree in Economics with Management at Durham University, with a particular focus on Development Economics and the impact of gender inequality. During her degree, she volunteered for Nightline, a student-led active listening service.
Dana is passionate about collaborative and impact driven approaches to complex social challenges and has a particular interest in migration issues, women’s economic empowerment and mental health.
