Madie is a Senior Consultant for Spring Impact, leading on the delivery of projects domestically in the US, as well as internationally across a range of sectors. Her project work for Spring Impact has focused in the spaces of early childhood education, social entrepreneurship in developing economies, social and reproductive justice. She is passionate about helping organizations doing truly impactful work to unlock scale in a systematic and sustainable way.
Madie joined Spring Impact in 2019, prior to which she worked as an Associate Consultant for TDC, a nonprofit consulting firm in Boston. As part of this role, she supported over twenty nonprofit organizations and foundations in the education and arts and culture space to develop strategic business plans and grant strategies. Prior to TDC, Madie worked for a number of nonprofit organizations with focus areas ranging from migrant rights to community development in both the US and the U.K.
