Niamh Browne joined Spring Impact as a Programmes Manager. She is responsible for developing and delivering complex, multi-year international programmes. She is currently leading the design and delivery of the Transform Collective programme for East and Southern Africa, an innovative collective impact initiative aimed at preventing family separation and advocating for family and community-based care approaches.
With over thirteen years experience in international development, Niamh has worked with a variety of international and national NGOs, working across sectors from inclusive markets development, peace-building, child protection, and health. She also spent two years with the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, promoting ethical trade and investment between Ireland and Africa. Niamh is passionate about innovative interventions that deliver long-lasting social and economic impact.
Her core competencies include project and programme management, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, grant management, proposal development, and collaborative learning.
Niamh holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Development Studies, a Project DPro certification, and a Diploma in Management and Leadership.
She is motivated by working across sectors, translating theory into practice, and promoting evidence-based solutions for the most pressing societal challenges.
