Sofia is a Consultant at Spring Impact, bringing her expertise to diverse projects across various sectors. With a comprehensive background in both commercial and non-profit sectors, Sofia offers a well-rounded perspective to assist clients in developing robust strategies to address societal and environmental challenges at scale.

Before joining Spring Impact, Sofia worked as a Programme Manager for Ukrainian NGOs, where she designed and implemented capacity-building initiatives for teachers and teenagers. Prior to that, in her role as a Senior Researcher at Roland Berger, an international management consulting firm, she focused on shaping strategies for tech and financial service companies.

Sofia holds an MSc in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and Political Science, which has equipped her with advanced knowledge and skills in driving social change.
