Steve Nagai-Ma (he/him) is an expert Lean Consultant and serves as a senior advisor for Spring Impact on Lean projects. He founded and advised several successful non-profit organizations and social enterprises; co-authored a feature article for the Stanford Social Innovation Review on Lean Experimentation in the social sector (Summer 2015); and served as the Senior Advisor to Revolution English, an innovative non-profit startup that now teaches English to more than 1 million people in a low-cost, financially self-sustaining way.

In 2001, AsianWeek named Steve their Asian American of the Year for his tireless work to reduce the influence of big money in politics. Over the past 30 years, he has worked with a range of social impact organizations including the Movement for Black Lives, SaverLife, Congreso de Latinos Unidos, AARP, the Open Society Foundations, and the Fair Immigration Reform Movement.
