Tonia Dabwe is a business consultant and growth strategist deeply committed to economic empowerment and sustainable development. She specialises in translating strategy into operational success, drawing from her extensive experience across the public, private and NGO sectors, as well as from her biracial background.
Through SoVenture, she provides strategic advisory services to businesses, government agencies and multilateral organisations in Europe, the US, Latin America, and Africa.
She is also the founder of Guide My Growth, an online consultancy dedicated to supporting SMEs in non-Western countries, focusing on sustainable organic growth and profitability strategies. Tonia's impact extends further as the founder and chair of the award-winning Mineke Foundation, which she established in Liberia in
2009. The foundation empowers women and youth through skills training, entrepreneurship programmes, micro-loans, and affordable education at Damiefa School, continuing the legacy of Tonia’s parents.
In 2013, Women4Africa honoured her with the prestigious International African Woman of the Year award, recognising her significant achievements and influence. Tonia holds Master’s degrees in Banking and Finance, and Business Economics and collaborates with Spring Impact on a project basis.
